Diegetic Weapon system UI in Virtual Reality


I built a VR prototype of a Scifi game called Replicant which was loosely based around the Bladerunner universe. Part of that main prototype included a weapon selection & mission briefing UI that incorporated motion graphics. It was really interesting to think beyond the standard UI by bringing it to life and to create one that not only lived diegetic but fitted the style of the overall aesthetic and most importantly, remained functional.
